Guidelines for professional publication and media redistribution

Solunar tables purchased under a Commercial Use License are designed for businesses, news outlets, and professional publishers.

Authorized Usage

Solunar tables may be used for publication in one commercial outlet only, such as a single website, newsletter, newspaper, magazine, or similar publication.

License Permittance The license permits the purchaser to publish the solunar data within that single outlet for informational purposes to their audience.
Restrictions & Prohibitions

Redistribution of the raw data files, resale of the tables, or use across multiple publications, websites, or media outlets is not permitted without purchasing additional licenses.

Multiple Entities

Each commercial license is limited to one publication entity. If the solunar tables will appear in multiple websites, newsletters, newspapers, or other publications, a separate commercial license must be obtained for each publication.

Standing Prohibitions

The solunar tables may not be repackaged, sublicensed, or distributed as a standalone product or service.

By purchasing or using the commercial version of the solunar tables, the purchaser agrees to comply with the terms of this Commercial Use Policy.
