Strong investment-cast 316 stainless steel rod holders with a sleek, swept-back look offer maximum corrosion resistance for long life. They feature a patented clamp system, which allows each rod holder to serve as a vertical or horizontal unit. The clamp cap comes attached horizontally. Unscrew the cap, turn 90° and the rod holder becomes a vertical clamp.*Stainless marine products are made from decorative stainless tube which is measured by its actual outside diameter and is sold in even sizes, 7/8", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2"**Aluminum marine products are made from schedule 40 aluminum pipe which has no measured dimension equal to the stated size.
